When contacting us, please provide us with the following information:
* Your Name and Card Number.
* The currency and the amount of the suspected error.
* A description of the error or the transaction you are unsure about (including the date of the transaction and the location of the ATM or merchant) and a clear explanation of why you believe it is an error or why you need further explanation.
* Your current address and telephone number where we may contact you.
